so some of you might already have heard. i am scheduled for my knee surgery next year. i told Sean about it and he told me i have to strengthen both my quads and hamstrings. i thought that it was only the quads that i have to worry about. Sean has had 2 ACL reconstruction before, therefore he knows better. he made total sense since my torn ligament will be replaced by a graft from the hamstring. these videos below are actually for me to refer to, if i ever forget how. it can also be for your perusal or entertainment. =)
