channel newsasia was showing a show called 'the bubble boy'. i recalled having watched a movie with the same name. anyway, i didnt get to see the whole show cos my mum wanted to watch narnia.

i managed to press the green button to read the 'about' of the programme, and caught the name, 'David Vetter'.

wiki-ed his name and there i hv it. in summary, David was intentionally born so that scientists can have a go in finding a cure that he and his deceased older brother has,severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). basically his immune system is ZERO. staff at the texas hospital made a 'bubble' for him to live in.
he lived in that bubble for his whole thirteen years.
