i went to nuh for the job preparation exercise conducted by nhg n wda. tink it was rili cool. in depth look on how pts n ots work.
now i shall wait for my interview n we will c how it goes from dere.
aftr d session was done, i decided to visit the blood donation centre, check if my blood today is fine to b donated. (a few months bck me n gracie went to hsa to attempt to donate my blood, but apparently my blood pressure was low, therefore i was rejected.)i filled up d form, went thru d usual interview n den went for d blood test.
aftr d painful process (d pin poking my finger wasnt painful ok, d part where the nurse was SQUEEZING my blood out frm my finger, WAS!), d nurse said i cant donate. cos i hv low iron count in my blood. she n me laughed. haha. she gave me a list of foods high in iron and also iron tablets. she mentioned tt aftr eating d tablets, i cant drink milk, eat chocolates or meat for d nxt 2 hrs. but i didnt hear if i shud eat before or aftr lunch, 1 or 2 tablets per time.
wen i got home i ate 2 tablets anw. i decided to check online to c if deres any prescription on iron tablets or sumtin. but i stumbled on sumtin else.

basically it says, women at a child bearing age (typically 18-35) who has low iron, iron deficiency (insufficient iron) or those who are anemic (very very low iron) have weak brain power.
tt so explains me! me forgetting to do things n my lethargy!!!! cj has been complaining abt my forgetfulness.
now i shall finish my iron tablets, aftr tt, attempt to donate blood again. n i need to eat more BEEF! SPINACH! LIVER! all those foods high in iron!
remind me ok. for now, i cud stil b forgetful. HAHA.
