so anw, yesterday's trng was tiring. d 1st part was a killer. my thighs felt like bursting. but aftr tt twas ok. i felt gd during possesion. its like d prev's day energy was released on yesterday's trng. everytin tt i wanted to do on wednesday tt i cudnt do, i did yesterday. tts possible rite? i cant lose this vibe. even my lotto boots felt good, despite d swollen lil toe n aching soles.

n.. im happy tt d socceroos got into d final 16. harry kewell looks so much better wif shorter hair. n i noe i mentioned dis but, joe cole is my new favourite player. =) his partnership wif ashley cole is superb. makes me wana play midfield again. bluek.
