i hate penalties. i hate watching penalties being taken. its not good for the heart.

was watching the england vs portugal match. watched the 2nd half onwards. quite boring for the 1st 35mins. portugal was in possesion moz of the time. england was doing nothing. well, dey were juz defending. until the 70 plus mins, things were heating up. a portugal sub equalised. full time. den dey headed for silver goal. draw again! again! man, my heart was pounding. it was nerve wrecking. aftr 30 mins, penalty!! argh!!! dear mr beckham had the same curse wen he played against turkey during the qualifiers.. aah.. man, i feel for him. in the end portugal won. i tink penalties r like playing scissors paper stone... it doesnt justify anything. but yeah i gues its d only way to end d game. crap.

oh, i tink he(c.ronaldo) did real well at the flanks. but ashley cole was the better man..

yestday trng was fun. trngs has been ok. fitness.. been a long time. reminds me of the times in marina n yew tee pri.. suddenly miss those in gombak..
